Call for Papers
PBNC (Pacific Basin Nuclear Conference) 2026 invites paper submissions to share the latest research findings on the following technical topics. Selected papers will be presented at PBNC 2026 as an oral or poster session.

Abstract and Paper Submission
Abstract and Paper Review
All submitted abstracts and papers will be reviewed by the relevant technical committees. Acceptance for presentation will be determined based on the abstract review results, and the final presentation format (oral or poster) may be adjusted according to the review outcome.
Withdrawal of Papers
If authors are unable to present, they must notify the Secretariat at least one week prior to the start of the conference. Withdrawals will not be accepted after the conference.
Registration Fee
At least one author of an accepted abstract is required to complete the registration and pay the conference fee for the paper to be included in the program.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation
This guideline is intended to inform presenters of the regulations that must be observed for paper presentations conducted at PBNC2026.
Registration is mandatory for all oral and poster presenters.
All accepted papers will be included in the program only after at least one author has completed registration.
All presenters are required to comply with the following regulations.
1. Eligibility
The presenter must be an author or a co-author of the submitted paper.
If a co-author presents the paper, prior consent from the corresponding or first author is required.
2. Presentation Format
All presentations will be conducted as oral presentations, and the presentation schedule will be provided as a separate attachment.
3. Submission of Presentation Materials
Presentation materials must be submitted in PPT or PDF format.
The use of a 16:9 slide ratio is strongly recommended to ensure optimal display quality.
The submission deadline will be announced separately.
Materials submitted after the deadline may not be accepted or revised.
4. Presentation Language
All presentations must be conducted in English.
No simultaneous interpretation services, including interpretation booths or interpreters, will be provided.
5. Research Ethics and Copyright
All submitted papers and presentation materials must be free from plagiarism, duplicate publication, or ethical violations.
If any violation is identified, the presentation may be canceled and further actions may be taken in accordance with PBNC 2026 regulations.
6. Cancellation or Changes
Any cancellation or change of presenter must be reported to the organizing committee in advance.
Failure to present without prior notice may result in restrictions on future PBNC participation.
7. Miscellaneous
Presenters should arrive at the session room prior to the presentation to check equipment.
Any matters not specified herein shall be determined by the PBNC 2026 Organizing Committee.
These guidelines are established to ensure smooth academic exchange and fair conference operations.
